Personal Note :  I try to stay away  from leases  because I really like to concentrate  one on one  with the artist   to  bond and build a vision as  one and create. I like  to focus more on Exclusives, but every  artist  story is different  as well as  their  financial  situation.  Depending  on  talent  I am willing to  work with the most successfull artist  as well as the  starving one  . I like to create music that is released to the world with one   proper artist   instead of just trying to  financially gain off leases.
